An easy treat that you can eat any time of day. These toasted oats yogurt parfaits are so delicious and healthy. Layered with creamy coconut yogurt, toasted oats, and fresh seasonal fruits.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oats to dry skillet and toast until golden brown. Remove from heat and place oats in a dish, mix in flax seeds. Set aside.
Place 1/3 cup of yogurt in each glass, layer with 2 tbsp of toasted oats and flax mix, 1/4 cup kiwi, then repeat with yogurt, toasted oats and flax mix, then strawberries. Finish top layer with yogurt and frozen blueberries.
Parfaits are fun to make. You can use any fruit to create this wonderful treat.
